Really good service and a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere.

Place was absolutely fabulous, enjoyed the stay.

Had large, beautifully decorated room with enormous bathroom. The atmosphere created was special.

A safe, central heating, and an iron in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Great pool, marvellous location to everything you need to visit. Based near the square, many restaurants/cafes/markets, and the new city's attractions.

Had an amazing time at Riad Clementine! The decor is fine, feels like a cozy oasis amidst the bustling Medina. Dinners were amazing. Truly the best food we had in Marrakech. A bit of a trek to nearby dining options, but totally worth it.

A perfect oasis amidst chaos

We were greeted with the scents of orange and fresh pastries. The decoration was stunningly elegant, and the rooftop heated pool provided a refreshing escape from the bustling Medina below.

The morning staff lacked the warmth of the evening team, which slightly dampened the overall experience as we started our days.

While the location of Riad Clementine is great for exploring the Medina, the communication with the staff was quite frustrating. Many of them struggled to understand basic English or French, made even simple interactions awkward. I was disappointed by the morning staff's lack of warmth compared to their evening counterparts, which really set a negative tone for starting the day.

No TVs in the rooms, which might limit entertainment options, but is understandable due to the architecture. Payment practices can be frustrating, with costs listed in Euros but charged in Dirhams at a higher rate, which feels a bit off. Limited dining options nearby compared to some alternatives were disappointing, especially if you've already had enough of chicken tagines.

It would have been beneficial to have a mini fridge in the room to store drinks for convenience.

The breakfast was fresh, and the serene atmosphere. We loved the location, close to the bustling Medina, and enjoyed the warm pool on the rooftop. Take the chance to explore local activities like the golf lessons nearby.

One day, I found the dining options nearby to be better than what was offered at the Riad, slightly disappointing.

The comfortable linens, the beautiful courtyard, the fine pool was really good.

A tranquil oasis in the heart of the Medina

The staff, particularly in the evenings, made sure we felt right at home, going above and beyond to meet our needs. We enjoyed a good breakfast with local dishes that varied each day. One area for improvement would be breakfast service in the mornings, as it felt a bit less warm compared to the evenings.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was fine! Super comfy bed and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was a highlight too, with plush towels and great toiletries. Plus, we had a nice view overlooking the courtyard. It felt cozy enough. The setting of the riad made it even better, so peaceful. The location is perfect for wandering around the Medina. Really loved it!

The beautifully decorated Comfort Double Room offered a cozy retreat after exploring the vibrant Medina. Enjoyed the serene atmosphere with a lovely rooftop pool. The dining experience was really good, with delicious halal options, though communication with some staff was challenging due to limited English skills. The payment conversion seemed unfavorable compared to local rates.

The staff, especially Karim and the breakfast attendant, were cute and assisted with everything from transportation to local tips. The riad is pristine and maintains a captivating aroma. The small but lovely pool on the terrace offers a nice retreat after exploring the vibrant Medina.

The staff were so nice and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfy. We loved hanging out by the pool and on the terrace, it was so relaxing. Plus, the food was delicious and we could easily walk to the hustle and bustle of the city. We're definitely coming back!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere with more fun activities for young party-goers. But overall, it was an amazing stay!
